By use of this function of the ⇘ CAA_ResMan.library resources can be passed to the Resource Manager. Thereby a new handle will be created, which is managed by the Resource Manager. By use of function ⇘ RSM.Check this handle may be commuted into the original handle.  An already registered handle will not provoke errors. The already existing check handle will be returned.
